This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We have tried to write it in plain English rather than legal filler.

| What | When | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, email, phone | When you submit a form or call us | To reply to you and process an order |
| Shipping and billing address | When you buy | To deliver the product and process payment |
| Payment card details | At checkout | Handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. |
| Call recordings and transcripts | When you call our published number | Quality, training, and so we can follow up accurately |
| Basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages viewed) | When you visit the site | Security, fraud prevention, and understanding what is useful |
Calls to our published phone number are recorded and transcribed. Our automated assistant states this at the beginning of every call, before you say anything. Illinois requires the consent of all parties to record a call; by continuing the call after that announcement you are consenting. If you would rather not be recorded, hang up and email us instead at [email protected] — we will answer the same questions in writing.
Recordings and transcripts are used to follow up on your enquiry, improve the assistant, and keep an accurate record of what was agreed. They are not sold and not used for advertising.
Our phone line is answered by an AI assistant, and it identifies itself as one. It can transfer you to a person at any time — just ask.
The chat box in the corner of this site is an AI assistant, not a person, and nothing it says is medical advice. It says both of those things on screen every time it opens.
Your conversation with it is recorded. We show you that before you type or speak a word — it is written in the assistant's window, above the message area, and it is on screen before the microphone can be switched on. If you would rather not be recorded, do not use the chat box: call (888) 655-7857 or email [email protected] and we will answer the same questions.
Illinois requires the consent of everyone in a recorded conversation. By carrying on after that notice is shown, you are giving that consent, and we keep a record that you were shown it — see The record we keep of the notice below.
What the assistant sends where. To answer you, your messages are sent to two outside companies:
| Company | What they get | What they do with it |
|---|---|---|
| OpenAI | What you type or say, and what the assistant has said back | Works out the reply. OpenAI's API terms say they do not use this to train their models. |
| ElevenLabs | The text of the assistant's reply only, when you have spoken replies switched on | Turns that text into the voice you hear. They do not receive your typed messages. |
If you use the microphone, your speech is turned into text by your own browser, on your device, before anything leaves it. We do not send your voice recording anywhere. What leaves your device is the text.
Please do not type health information into the chat box. The assistant is there to explain how the suits work, what is in each kit, and what they cost. It is not a clinician, it cannot advise you, and it is instructed to hand anything medical to a person. If you have a heart condition, a pacemaker or other implanted device, epilepsy, or you are pregnant, speak to your doctor — not to a chat box. Anything you do type is recorded like the rest of the conversation, which is another reason not to type it.
Separately from the conversation itself, we keep a short record proving you were shown the recording notice. Each record contains:
We do not store your IP address in this record, or your city, or your location. We deliberately kept it to the least that could establish which state's law applies.
We keep these records for five years. That is not our choice — it is required by our contract with the voice provider, so that if a recording is ever disputed we can show exactly what you were told and when.
We share only what is necessary, only with providers who run parts of our service:
| Provider | What they handle |
|---|---|
| Payment processor | Card payments. They receive the payment details; we receive confirmation and the order. |
| Phone and voice-assistant provider | Call handling, recording, transcription |
| OpenAI (language model) | The words you exchange with the website assistant, so it can work out a reply |
| ElevenLabs (voice) | The text of the assistant's spoken replies, so it can generate the voice |
| Website host and security provider | Serving the site, blocking abuse |
| Shipping carrier | Delivering your order |
| Messaging service | Alerting our team that you contacted us |
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose information if the law requires it.
Order records: as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally seven years). Enquiries that never became orders: up to two years. Phone call recordings and transcripts, and website chat conversations: up to twelve months unless connected to an order or a dispute. You can ask us to delete sooner.
One exception, and we want to be straight about it: the short record proving you were shown the recording notice is kept for five years, and a deletion request does not remove it. It is the evidence that we told you, so deleting it on request would defeat its only purpose. It holds no message you sent, no name, no email address, no phone number and no IP address — only the words of the notice, when it was shown, and a reference number. Everything else about your conversation is deleted when you ask.
To ask for deletion: email [email protected]. Tell us roughly when you used the chat and what you asked about, and we will find it. We will respond within 30 days.
Wherever you live, you may ask us to:
Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.
If you are in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, or another state with a consumer privacy law, those rights are yours by statute and the same email address is how you use them.
If you give us your mobile number and agree to texts, we may text you about your order or enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop them, or HELP for help. Consent to marketing texts is never a condition of buying anything.
Our products and this site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We use encrypted connections and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise — if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
