These terms are the agreement between you and Adapt EMS Suits when you use this site or buy from us. Buying from us means you accept them.

We sell wireless electro-muscle-stimulation (EMS) training suits and related gear for fitness, training, and conditioning.
EMS training applies electrical stimulation to muscle. Do not use our products, and do not buy them, if any of the following apply unless a qualified healthcare provider has told you it is safe:
Follow the instructions supplied with the product. Start at a low intensity. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or anything unusual. Do not use it near the heart, head, neck, or over the carotid arteries. Stay hydrated, and do not train while impaired.
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when your order is accepted. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm and charge you. If a price or description on the site is obviously wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour a clear mistake — we will tell you if that happens.
Sales tax is added where required. You are responsible for any duties or import charges outside the United States.
Payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. If you use a financing or instalment option, that is a separate agreement between you and that provider, on their terms — we are not a party to it and we do not set its rates.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers. If your order arrives damaged, tell us within 7 days with photographs and we will make it right.

Start a return by emailing [email protected] before sending anything back. Refunds go to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days of us receiving the item.
Hardware is covered against manufacturing defects for 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage from misuse, unauthorised repair, or use outside the instructions. This is in addition to any rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
Trainer, gym, and studio packages are quoted individually and governed by the written agreement we sign with you. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.
Give us accurate information. Do not resell our products as your own brand without a written agreement, do not scrape or attack this site, and do not use our name or logo without permission.
The text, images, video, and design on this site belong to us. You may not copy them for commercial use without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois. Talk to us first — email [email protected] and we will genuinely try to sort it out. If we cannot, disputes are handled by the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois, and both of us agree to that venue.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you ordered. We will update the date at the top when we change anything.
